is it safe to take in pregnancy and while breastfeeding, together with other bee products?
Hi Esther, I’ve generally understood royal jelly to be for improving egg quality and fertility. Most people keep their supplement regimen quite basic and therefore their is no need to continue the royal jelly. All the research I have seen, says that the research is inconclusive about safety during pregnancy. Hope this helps!
